How to register your free demonstration

1. Once you have downloaded the EyeSpeak software and entered your registration details you are able to use all of the software functions within Eyespeak, but restricted to the demonstration content.
    

2. Enter your user name and password to log in.
   
   
    

3. You are now able to start using the free content within EyeSpeak.

Activate Lessons

1. From within the Home page of your trial version you can click on the "Buy Now" button and proceed to purchase live content.
   
   
    

2. Once you have purchased EyeSpeak you will be emailed a "Pack License" number. Enter this into the "Tools - Download Language Pack"
   and you will activate your new lessons.
   
   
    

3. Complete the registration of the software and then you will be forwarded to a "Speech Assessment" page to analyze your level of speech and allow
   EyeSpeak to determine which level you should start at. i.e. Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.
   
   
    

Start Using EyeSpeak

1. Click on the theme that you want to learn and select the lesson type.
   
   
    

2. Click on the Word and listen to the tutor's voice recording.
   
   
    

3. Click the red student record button and record your own voice and allow EyeSpeak to analyze your recording.
   
   
    

4. You can click on the Student Play button to hear your own recording or the Teacher Play button to hear your Teacher's recording. Or you can
   click on the waveform to listen to the voice of you or your teacher. Note the wave forms of both your recording and your teacher.
   
    

5. You can click on the Pronunciation, Pitch, Timing or Loudness to get specific feedback on your voice in comparison to your teacher and learn how to improve.
   
   
    

6. If we look at Pronunciation for example you can view your score at a phoneme level and see what score you have achieved. If your score is in the red area then you need to improve your speech or if your score is green then you are doing well.
   
   
   
   You can then click on the green phoneme play to hear and see the differences between you are your teacher. If you then click on the mouth picture
   you will get a larger picture to clearly show a comparison of you to your teacher.
   
   
    

7. Now click on the Pitch, Timing and Loudness buttons to get the respective feedback on these areas of your speech.
    

8. You can now select another word and continue with your learning and build to your progress data.

Progress Reports

1. EyeSpeak provides you with user friendly automatic reports on your speech which allows you to monitor your progress and see what you
   need to spend your time on to improve your speech. Click on the "Review your progress" button and this report will be displayed.
   
   
    

2. You can view your "Overall Report" or break this down to levels of "Themes", "Assessment" and
   "Phonemes".
    

3. Print any of these reports by clicking on the printer button at the top right hand corner of the page.
